Right Diet for IBS
Diet for Irritable Bowel Syndrome has some favourable and some avoidable foods in lined, here are both the foods. Inflammatory Bowel Disease can be controlled by the proper implementation of the Diet but to get rid of this you need to choose some proven supplements for your use, which can rectify the problems within your intestine.
Favourable Diet for IBS
Bread, chapattis of wheat, rice, maize, jowar, bajra or ragi (should be made from finely-ground flour)
- Breakfast cereals of wheat, rice, oatmeal or maize
- Rice, cooked
- Pulses (dal) and beans, as dal water
- Vegetables, cooked tender
- Soups- less spices and add some cumin seeds if you are frying it a bit
- Meat, fish or chicken
- Eggs
- Milk and milk products (restricted if they produce diarrhea)
- Fat for cooking, and butter (deep fried foods are not permitted remember there is a bit difference between deep fried and cooked foods)
- Sugar, jiggery and honey
- Jam or murabba (Best one is the Amla Murraba)
- Desserts
- Sweets and sweetmeats, freshly prepared
- Fresh Fruits
- Beverages โ donโt rely on colas and other carbonated drinks
- Water, Liberal- but never forcefully achieve a limit of water
