Diet For Gout
Gout is a condition where the metabolism of proteins is disturbed. Due to the disturbance in protein metabolism body start producing an excessive amount of uric acid, which results in the condition where small joints (big toe joint- first of all) will be affected. This is something like, your mobile or car is producing excessive and extra carbon.
This elimination can be correct by two ways- one is to optimize your fuel and the second one is by repairing the system.
